Ticket Policy: No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, inclement weather, or changes in personal circumstances.

 

In the rare event of a show cancellation by the venue or performer, ticket holders will be notified of available options, which may include rescheduling or credit toward a future event. If a show is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

 

Why can't I return or exchange my ticket?

Live entertainment events depend on financial stability to ensure that artists, venues, and production teams can deliver high-quality performances. When refunds and exchanges are allowed, it creates uncertainty in ticket sales, making it difficult to plan and cover necessary expenses such as artist fees, travel, staffing, and production costs.

 

Unlike movies or streaming content, live events happen at a specific time and place, and every unsold or refunded ticket represents lost revenue that cannot be recovered. Artists and promoters commit to a performance based on expected attendance and revenue. If tickets are refunded or exchanged too freely, it jeopardizes the financial viability of bringing performances to a community, leading to fewer live entertainment opportunities overall.

 

A no refund, no exchange policy helps ensure that shows can go on as planned, benefiting both audiences and performers by maintaining a sustainable and thriving live entertainment industry.
