Artist Bios
Trent Bloch-Hansen
Trent Is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and all around music indulger born in Lloydminster, SK. He started playing classical piano at age 4 and switched to the guitar in middle school. He enjoys playing all genres of music especially blues, rock, jazz, and flamenco.
Evan Davis
Born and raised in Lloydminster, Evan has been involved with music as long as he can remember. Starting with piano lessons, then studying saxophone in university, these days Evan can usually be found playing the bass guitar – a far superior instrument to the “regular” guitar (according to him). He enjoys all kinds of music, and is excited to play with this group of talented local musicians.
Stephen Davis
Stephen graduated from McGill University with a Master's in classical guitar performance in 2020. He has toured across western Canada as the lead guitarist for his Jazz Manouche ensemble Sons of Django. He is currently the music director at LCHS and uploads periodically to his YouTube channel StephenDavisGuitar.
Bill MacArthur
Bill is a former touring professional musician who has played on many studio sessions. He’s currently a guitar instructor and regularly performs live. He loves all kinds of music.
Teague Smith
Teague is a multi-instrumentalist musician from Lloydminster. His musical tastes run to blues, jazz, funk and rock. He is a member of the local band xCentricity and contributes to various other musical groups within the community as a guitarist and drummer.
Murray McDonnell
Murray has been an active musician (player & educator) for the past 40 years. Currently an active musician in the local group xCentricity, and other community ensembles, he loves jazz, classical and the excellent popular music of the past 120 years.
