Amanda Coupal aka Amanda Koopa has been writing music and singing for over 18 years. Her passion for music can be seen when you witness her soulful singing and experience her stage presence. She has self-released 3 albums that can be found on major streaming platforms around the world. Amanda’s aspirations don’t include fame and fortune, you can often find her volunteering to perform around her local community just to make people smile.

Caroline Parke

Genre: country/folk

Caroline Parke was born as an old soul, struggled through adolescence, and somehow came out the other side. She has always been a music fan, but it wasn’t until after surviving a rural crime, where she was forced to fight off an attacker, that songwriting took a leap forward! Since recovering from that trauma, Caroline has written and recorded over 50 songs. She continues to pursue songwriting while raising her four children, immersed in a homesteading lifestyle from the family ranch, on the prairies of western Canada.

Dram-Addicts

This is a one-act play showcase put on by the The Dram-addicts. The plays are directed and performed by students. Performances produced by local youth is something that delights and inspires members of the Lloydminster community. These performances provide youth a platform to express themselves through what they love. Additionally, these performances are an opportunity for youth to showcase their talents and to explore their interests and pursue their passions. The plays vary in style, intent, size and content. The play Yes, Dear written by Lloydminster Comprehensive High School student Emry Marchand will be completely produced by students. Hopefully it paves the way for more large-scale productions and artistic compositions by the local youth.

Recommended for ages 14+.

Dylan Hansen & The Rough Cuts

“Established in 2021, Dylan Hansen and The Rough Cuts is a band based in Lloydminster, performing a thorough mix of country, classics, and canadiana. A charismatic Newfie, a redneck flatlander and a hippy hillbilly come together from a diverse background in music to put together a unique sound reminiscent of Steve Earle, Gary Allan, or Tyler Childers. A three piece band composed of songwriters, their set is comprised of mostly originals that have entertained coffeehouses, bars, barns, and cabarets for many years. Rough around the edges, but cut from the finest cloth: Dylan Hansen and the Rough Cuts.”
